Q5 Sternum Strap for Vests. Use as a replacement for a lost strap. The Sternum Strap is compatible with all vests and all men’s vests come with one included and women’s vest have two included. To attach loop the buttoned ends around one of the open loops on the shoulder straps. For men the strap recommended to be across the breast plate. For women use one strap above and one strap below the breast plate.

Important: All sizes apply to actual measured size of your “waist” (or wherever you will wear the hip belt). Do not use pant size to select an option.

- Select the applicable option above if your “waist” measurement is 36 inches to 43 inches. An appropriate hip belt will be changed out for your vest.
- Select the applicable option above if your “waist” measurement is greater than 43 inches and an appropriate hip belt will be changed out for your vest.
